Do I pay for everything upfront?

No, due to the fact that all goods are made to measure to suit your kitchen, we will ask for a 50% deposit upon placing the order. The remaining 50% will be due on delivery of your kitchen/bedroom

Refurbishment - Can I add extra units to my existing kitchen?

Yes, you can add extra units if required

Refurbishment - Do I need to empty my cupboards?

It's not essential to empty your cupboards before installation, but it's preferable, the fitter will need clear access to the hinges, plus dust can be another factor when installing a kitchen, so items may need cleaning afterwards.

Refurbishment - Will my tiles break during a worktop change?

Possibly, we will always try to protect the tiles, but there is no guarantee that the tiles will not break.

Refurbishment - How do I know if my kitchen is suitable for a makeover?

If the units are of good quality, it's probably ok to have a kitchen makeover. It does not matter about the original supplier/manufacturer, age or style of your kitchen. We offer a free no-obligation quote at which we will inspect your kitchen units and confirm their suitability.

How long will my kitchen take to install ?

Full Kitchens - 1-2 weeks
For Refurbishments
Depending on what you have:-
Doors, plinth, cornice/pelmet and end panels - estimated 1 to 3 days
Doors, plinth, cornice/pelmet and end panels & Worktops - estimated 3 to 5 days

How long will my bedroom take to install?

Fully fitted bedrooms, between 3-5 days
Refurbished bedrooms 1-3 days

I want to change my kitchen doors but what about the rest of my kitchen, such as plinths and cornice?

As well as supplying doors and drawer fronts, we also supply accessories to match, including end panels (any sides of the unit which are on display), plinth (the kickboard that links the units to the floor), cornice & pelmet (the trim at the top & bottom of the wall units), and any other fillers required.

Will I be left with any mess or rubbish to get rid of?

There is a rubbish removal option that you can take to remove your old kitchen/bedroom, instead of you having to dispose of them yourself.
But it would be cheaper for the customer to hire a skip themselves in readiness for the kitchen/bedroom removal

Do you sell and fit appliances?

Yes, but only Hotpoint & Indesit
If you want other brands you can always buy your own appliances and we can fit them for you.

I am having a new worktop, but keeping my old gas hob, do I need a gas fitter?

Yes, the gas fitter will have to isolate the gas hob so it can be removed, once the new worktop is fitted the gas fitter can re-install your gas hob.
